Yesun has a variety of training methods like part-time education, full-time or not off-job training classes, workshops and other forms. We take full advantage of adult education, continuation education, e-Education and advocate self-study. And according to the requirements of each department, we have our specified course planning: hiring related lecturer to company for theory and practical training, or sending employees to outside school for system training.
Different departments have different requirements of the personnel training, but our goal is to make the personnel developing morally, intellectually and physically. For Yesun, personnel cultivation is a multi-level. It includes the cultivation of senior management personnel, functional personnel training and lower management personnel training.
