YESUN’s Domestic business is mainly with OEM’s and represents around 50 % of its annual turnover. Globally YESUN supports both OEM and TIER 1 Customers which makes up the other half of its annual revenue and this is growing year on year.
YESUN produces Die castings from its own Foundry which has an annual capacity that exceeds 20 000 tons.
Capital investment in YESUN resources and equipment to date exceeds US $55 Million.
YESUN currently occupies in its main facility in Jiading nearly 80 000 square meter floor space and employs over 900 staff and across the group including subsidiaries employs over 2000 people.
The YESUN capacity exceeds 1800 tools sets (Average 5 ton/set) and is continuously expanding.

● Die Design Software: UG, CATIA, PAM-STAMP, from process analysis to die structure design, capable of full 3D simulations.
● Pattern Making: Design comparative analysis is supported by measurements from Camera scans, then NC layered processing is used to check mould defects.
● NC Machining: Die bases and inserts are done on 3-Axle Machining Centres, die surface is machined on 5-Axle Machining Centres post surface hardening to ensure the ultimate die quality.
● Spotting and Tryout is done by a dedicated experienced specialist team.
● Quality Control: Our quality assurance starts with the acceptance of raw material and we have a dedicated QA team that ensures, NC machining, all bench work, spotting and tryout, parts checking, dynamic and static inspection and testing of Dies are meeting our and our client’s standards.
● Home Line Commissioning: We have an experienced and dedicated team of Tool Makers that will commission the tools into home line presses.
